In-Person Initial Consultations

In-person consultations are available upon request.

There is a charge of $250 for the one-hour initial consultation which must be prepaid through PayPal.

Consults are strictly limited to one hour from the scheduled appointment time; NOT the time of arrival. You must make arrangements to be on time for the consult.

If the consult runs overtime, you will be charged $100 for each hour or partial hour thereafter. This must be paid in cash at the time of the consult.

If you believe that you will need more than one hour, you should make arrangements with us prior to the appointment. Prepaid additional hours are offered at the reduced rate of $75 per hour or partial hour.

Appointments must be confirmed and paid for at least five days beforehand.

Once payment is received, you will be contacted concerning the date and time of the appointment.

Urgent or emergency appointments can be made subject to the cancellation policy below.

Consultations are held in Pasadena, California.

 

Cancellation / Change Policy

Cancellation or change received earlier than 72 business hours prior to the appointment date will be charged USD $30.00 cancellation/change fee.

Cancellation/change received within 72 business hours of the appointment date will be charged a $150 fee. This also applies if the appointment was made less than 72 business hours of appointment date time.
